they do UV (ultra violet) inks that will glow under ultra violet light, for instance at a night club..
it is quite expensive and not many artist work with it because of safety reassurance issues.
even though there are data sheets available and health authorities have no problems with it, i wont stock it or use it.

UV ink can also be used. There can be negative side effects as some people become allergic to the ink and have noticed the area is often irritated or red. Some people need to have it lasered off. Most of the time, tattoo shops do not have this ink on hand and they will not tattoo anyone with it as it is often in low demand due to the questionable nature of the product and the bad wrap it gets from people with bad experiences.

Flouresent ink has EverGlow

EverGlow is what many other companies use to make their ink pigments "glow" - EverGlow is NOT an additive for tattoo ink - it is not considered safe and has had many adverse reactions when people have used it as such. DO NOT USE ANY PRODUCT THAT CONTAINS EverGlow®  for tattooing - that is NOT what the EverGlow product was intended for!

sorry guys.. it was intended to track animals... not for people's use.
